It's back! After a highly successful inaugral year, the Vale Gallop has once again been given access to the private Langley Vale Farm (by kind permission of Michael Jelley and St. Quinton Estates) and Ebbisham Farm (by kind permission of Peter Rivett) to run a 10k and 4k route.We will also be holding junior fun runs at the same time.
The main event promises beautiful scenery and a great atmosphere run on private land and quiet tracks and road. The Vale Gallop races will be a fun day out for all the family.
10k cross country run
A mixed terrain, undulating course around Langley Vale Farm, Ebbisham farm with a few bridlepaths and Ebbisham Lane thrown into the mix. Run across fields not usually open to the public and admire the views of the famous Epsom Downs racecourse. This event is recommended for those over 16years of age
4k cross country run
A shorter course around Langley Vale farm and Ebbisham Farm with some bridleway included. Suitable for adults and children school Year 6 and above.
1k fun run
Shorter medal running races for children aged 10 and under. These will be held in the Pony Club Field.
The Vale Gallop is organised by supporters of the Mid Surrey Branch of the Pony Club (Registered Charity No 1050146) Fundraising Appeal to raise funds to purchase its training facilities.
